These are somehow all imperfections for human health so basically if we care to improve them we are improving humans.

Everyone knows how to prevent them from these but interesting thing is no one is willing to do so.

We all tell other to do this and that.

What are we doing? No body knows that.

There are steps to protect ourselves and others as well.

Reduce the number of trips you take in your car.
Reduce or eliminate fireplace and wood stove use.
Avoid burning leaves, trash, and other materials.
Avoid using gas-powered lawn and garden equipment.

remember to turn off lights, computers, and electric appliances when not in use.

If we all combine and thing about it we surely can defend it.

If a single person in this world take care of a single thing around his surrounding its going to happen.

Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything.

So work for yourself and if possible please take care of your close one's..
