Workers for America

The Issue

America thrives when everyone can excel. Yet, outdated immigration policies block millions from the American Dream: education, work, home, peace, and freedom. Helping Other People Excel (HOPE), through Workers for America, champions Justice, Unity, Peace, and Love to fast-track immigrants’ rights, starting with healthcare. We need your support for a Healthcare and Citizenship Act to make this reality.

In Mesa County, Colorado, labor shortages shuttered my businesses, from senior care to farming, leaving workers fearful and communities strained. Nationwide, 1.5 million healthcare jobs, 500,000 construction roles, 29,000 aviation positions, and 200,000 farm jobs go unfilled. Immigrants can fill these gaps, paying $79 billion in taxes annually (2023 IRS) and saving $25 billion in costs.

The Act proposes Federal Immigration Tribunals (FITs) to process 1.5 million cases yearly, granting status to 450,000. The Work-First Integration Program (WFIP) will train 100,000 healthcare aides and place 50,000 nurses/therapists in year one, cutting $250,000 sponsorship costs to $10,000 and licensing delays to 30 days. It will also place 50,000 construction workers, 10,000 aviation technicians, and protect 20,000 farm workers. The Compliance Monitoring System (CMS) ensures 90% work participation, stabilizing families and rural areas like Mesa County.

This isn’t just policy - it’s hope. By 2030, HOPE can create 1.1 million jobs, serving 4 million Americans, from 500,000 seniors to 10,000 farms. Join Workers for America to demand Congress pass the Act, uniting communities with Justice, Unity, Peace, and Love, as inspired by Pope Leo XIV’s call for unity (May 18, 2025). Sign now to empower immigrants to education, work, homes, peace, and freedom, building a stronger America for all.
