Hi: this is Duo Duo, namesake and mascot of Duo Duo Project. Over 12 years ago, Duo Duo Project saved me from being sent to a dog meat slaughterhouse and started a movement to end the dog and cat meat trade.

In honor of this special season of gratitude, I want to send a big THANK YOU to you. You saved my life. I hope you feel a great sense of accomplishment and pride, like me, in being part of our Duo Duo Project family. No other organization operates hands-on in communities 365 days a year like Duo Duo Project.

P.P.S. People often what my name, "Duo Duo," means. In Chinese, it means abundance. They wanted to give me an abundance of love, so they named me "Duo Duo" 多多. I like my name a lot.  :)
