Work-related stress is one the leading reasons for absenteeism. This issue stems from the inefficiencies in place from long working hours. Research has demonstrated that long working hours have severe negative implications on employees’ health, which then affects business productivity. The Work To Live campaign aims at building awareness and creating favourable attitudes around work place solutions, such as reduced working hours and concrete flexible work place policies for the benefit of workers as well as businesses.
