As concerned citizens and workers, we demand that employers take immediate action to ensure that all employees are treated fairly and with respect, regardless of their gender, caste, or work performance.

One such case that has come to our attention is the unjust termination of Aatka Ahsan from Dudar Edtech Pvt. Ltd.. It has been reported that [Vivek Rai] released Aatka Ahsan without any notice period or compensation, as mandated in the employment contract. When Aatka Ahsan rightfully questioned their two-month salary, Vivek Rai falsely accused them of not delivering their work precisely and withheld their rightful compensation.

This behavior is unacceptable and serves to perpetuate a toxic workplace culture that normalizes harassment and discrimination. We call upon Vivek Rai to rectify this injustice immediately, to pay Aatka Ahsan their rightful salary, and to honor the terms of the employment contract.

Furthermore, we demand that Vivek Rai takes immediate steps to address the pervasive issue of workplace harassment, labor exploitation, and discrimination within the company. Discrimination based on gender or caste is abhorrent and has no place in modern society. We demand that Vivek Rai takes swift action to create a safe and inclusive workplace culture where employees can thrive and work without fear of harassment, abuse, or exploitation.

We believe that it is the responsibility of Vivek Rai to ensure that all employees are treated with dignity, respect, and fairness. We call upon Vivek Rai to take decisive action to address these issues, to create a positive and healthy workplace culture, and to hold all responsible parties accountable for their actions.

We, the undersigned, demand that Vivek Rai takes immediate and effective action to address the pervasive issue of workplace harassment, labor exploitation, and discrimination within the company, and to ensure that all employees are treated with dignity, respect, and fairness. We stand in solidarity with Aatka Ahsan and all victims of workplace harassment, labor exploitation, and discrimination, and demand that their rights are upheld and protected.
