Stuart Taylor wishes to open a healthy meat shop to accommodate his existing customers, at present they are having to have their orders delivered as his shop is too far away.  Ashmore Park has always had two meat shops previously and as Stuart is going to be concentrating on healthier lines, his request should not be denied - people should be given a choice of where they shop, these customers do not shop in the existing shop at present.
