Good morning! Tonight's the night the Wollongong City Councillors will vote to decide the fate of the Phoenix Theatre - will it rise into a secure future? Or will it's doors close for good on the 1st of August? Your support so far has been incredible - and there are still a few hours left to encourage your friends and family to add their voices to this petition. If you can make it, Steen and the team would love to see you at the Council Chambers tonight so the councillors can see just how much support the Phoenix has. The meeting starts at 6pm, but everyone is meeting in the council chambers foyer at 5:30pm. The fate of the theatre is to be discussed as agenda item 4 - but if there's a lot of people there, they will probably shuffle the order of items to deal with it earlier. We've been asked to wear red to the meeting to show support (Steen says that red and black would be nice). Steen and his team hope to see you there. Let the Phoenix rise!! Cheers Cathy
