The Wollongong City Councillors tonight voted in favour of retaining the Phoenix Theatre in its current form! Ownership of the site will now pass to the Phoenix Theatre Company. After four long years of uncertainty, the Phoenix now has a secure future!!!!! Thank you all so much for your support. I know that Steen and his team have appreciated all your lovely comments and words of encouragement. We all look forward to seeing you at the theatre in the future - onstage, or in the audience!!
