Thank you for continuing to stand with us in calling for accountability and transparency regarding the completion of Northfield Estate.
Website Changes Raise New Questions
Evolution Homes has recently removed all references to Northfield Estate from their website. While this may appear minor, it raises serious concerns. Images of Northfield homes remain featured, suggesting the development is still being marketed without acknowledging the broader estate context or its unresolved issues.
Why was “Northfield Estate” removed?
This change prompts questions about whether Evolution Homes is attempting to distance itself from its outstanding obligations while still benefiting from the appearance of success. If this assumption is incorrect, we welcome clarification. But in the absence of a public explanation, residents are left to draw their own conclusions and the lack of transparency only deepens concern.
Key Issues Still Unresolved
Infrastructure remains incomplete: driveways, footpaths, junction surfacing, and street lighting have not been delivered.
The final home was completed in 2021, yet no preparatory work has begun.
A revised deadline of 31 October 2025 was communicated earlier this year, but progress is absent.
Communication Concerns
Mr Evans continues to correspond via the Evolution Homes customer care account, without personally signing communications. He previously stated that a dedicated representative had been appointed to manage Northfield communications. However, this individual has confirmed they have not sent any messages and are focused solely on completing the Copper Beeches development.
This raises serious concerns about transparency and whether Northfield residents are being deliberately side-lined.
Our Message Is Clear
Removing the estate name does not erase the commitments made to Northfield customers. Residents deserve clarity not selective representation.
We’re Asking For:
A public update from Evolution Homes outlining the current status and timeline for infrastructure completion.
Continued support from our MP and councillors to ensure residents’ concerns are heard and addressed.
Thank you for your continued support. Every signature and share strengthens our call for accountability.
