Hold him responsible for the animal cruelty he is charged with as well as answers by County Attorney Karen Mullins for why he has been allowed to continue in his job after numerous complaints have been made against Mr Arwood as well as he living in a home that was donated to the County for the purpose of an Animal Santuary along with a Million Dollars.
