Prosecutor Thomas Binger's Blunders During The Rittenhouse Trial Amounts To Misconduct

The Kenosha Wisconsin District Attorney’s office has mismanaged the Kyle Rittenhouse case from the very beginning. First, the rogue office wrongfully overcharged the 17-year-old acting in self-defense. Next, they maligned and mistreated Rittenhouse throughout the entire trial. But nothing was worse than the behavior of DA lead prosecutor Thomas Binger who both violated Rittenhouse’s 5th Amendment Right and also pointed an AR-15 at the jury with his finger on the trigger.
