(a) Any person under 18 years of age who possesses or goes armed with a dangerous weapon is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
(b) Except as provided in par. (c), any person who intentionally sells, loans or gives a dangerous weapon to a person under 18 years of age is guilty of a Class I felony."

that makes it a felony or misdemeanor to possess and felony to transfer the possession of a dangerous weapon to a person under 18 refuses to prosecute person's of color for exactly the same offense.

While Kyle Rittenhouse, was on trial Jade Jordan, who is 16 years old, and her father Erick Jordan, paraded around the Kenosha Circuit Courthouse in an attempt to intimidate witnesses and jurors with Smith & Wesson AR-style rifles - the same type used by Kyle Rittenhouse.

To date, Prosecutor Thomas Binger, who has been made aware of these individuals, has not brought criminal charges against them solely because they are persons of color however, Prosecutor Binger is still prosecuting Dominick Black for these EXACT offenses.

We must #disBARBinger. All of his cases previously prosecuted cases must be re-opened.
