Petition updateDisbar Kenosha Prosecutor Thomas Binger (Prosecuting the Kyle Rittenhouse Trial)Prosecutor Thomas Binger Refuses to Dismiss Politically Motivated Charges Against Dominick Black
Joseph CampDenver, CO, United States
Nov 23, 2021

It was determined during the Kyle Rittenhouse trial that Rittenhouse was in lawful possession of the firearm in question.

Rittenhouse and Dominick Black testified that Black purchased the firearm for Rittenhouse to (lawfully) use with the plan to give it to Rittenhouse when he turned 18 years old. Until Rittenhouse turned 18 the firearm never left Black's home except when being used.

Black had Court on November 23, 2021 and Prosecutor Thomas Binger appeared on behalf of the District Attorney's Office. Instead of dismissing the charges against Black (purchasing a firearm for someone under the age of 18) he allowed the case to linger on and be rescheduled until January 2022.

Prosecutor Thomas Binger knows, especially after the Judge dismissed the illegal possession of the firearm ("dangerous weapon) by a minor charge against Rittenhouse, that those under 18 can posses the same firearm legally in the State of Wisconsin. However, Binger continues to prosecute Black in the same political mob mentality that he went after Rittenhouse.

Prosecutor Binger needs to be disBARred.
