Prosecutor Thomas Binger KNEW that he was putting numerous witnesses on the stand who were going to and did perjure themselves in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial. Additionally Prosecutor Binger knows that each of these individuals committed other crimes but he didn't pursue justice, instead he perused a personal politically motivated judicial lynching of a child in hopes that he would have a case that would help him win the next campaign for office.
Sahil (Sal) Khindri and Anmol (Sam) Khindri: Lied about knowing that Kyle Rittenhouse was present during the day before the events unfolded. They lied about giving access to Car Source and asking the individuals to protect the property and much more. These individuals filed a $2,000,000 claim against the damage to their property and needed Kyle Rittenhouse to be convicted and separated from their request for armed security to be present and protect the property in order to collect on their claim.
Gaige Grosskreutz: At the very least Gaige Grosskreutz should be charged with multiple crimes as they relate to the events of the night in question and the perjury on the stand. Grosskreutz has filed a $10,000,000 lolsuit against the city and others in response to the shooting and he needed Kyle Rittenhouse to be convicted to strengthen the case. He has repeated demonstrated in leaked online communications violent death threats but Prosecutor Binger refused to allow the police to execute a search warrant on his devices.
"Jumpkick Man" Maurice James Freeland: This man should be charged with assault, the subsequent deaths of Anthony Huber and Joseph Rosenbaum and the injury to Gaige Grosskreutz. His felony assault of against Kyle Rittenhouse was the precursor to the events of the night in question and thus he was in the act of a felony when lives were taken. Prosecutor Binger KNEW is identity but refused to charge him or investigate further his claims because it would not fit the narrative of the mob mentality that Prosecutor Binger wanted so badly to paint.
Prosecutor Thomas Binger has no desire to charge Gaige Grosskreutz because it doesn't fit his narrative and the lies that he was hoping to bank on in the next election cycle (see embedded article for a more complete explanation as to why Grosskreutz should be charged.
Prosecutions are supposed to seek the TRUTH but Prosecutor Binger sought political fame, the acceptance of the mob, and banked his entire political career on persecuting and sacrificing an innocent child. He needs to be disBARed immediately.
We must continue to fight until full justice is served and the proper parties are charged and Prosecutor Binger is disBARed.
