The signatories of this petition object to this planning application submitted by Leverhulme Estates on numerous grounds including; it does not satisfy the “very special circumstances” required for building on green belt, it is in the conservation area, it is an area of “special landscape value”, it would create traffic issues at a very busy and dangerous point. These reasons are not exhaustive. The signatories support all other arguments put forward by Thornton Hough Community Trust Limited.
