We cannot go on like this, loosing dogs to heat is not acceptable when there are so many other things which are out of our control which could kill them.

This is something we do have control over.... you CHOOSE to leave your dog in a hot car, he would not choose this for himself.  As an owner you must have his best interests at heart and make the best choices for him.  We do not want to see anymore dogs dying because they have been left in a car.

At the moment it is not illegal, but you can be prosecuted.  Most people's instincts will tell them to break a car window to get the dog out, but the rescuer could then be prosecuted for this!!  

At the Dog's Diner we want to change the law so it becomes an offence to leave a dog in a hot car, something which the owner can be prosecuted for.

We need 10,000 signatures for the Government to respond to us and we need 100,000 signatures for this to be debated in Parliament.

There are 100s of 1000s of dog owners, we can make this happen, sign after me!
