📬 Winston Park homeowners — we need your help

Several of us are dealing with ongoing mailbox problems: broken doors, locks that don’t work, missing labels, and other issues that make the boxes difficult to use and unsightly.

We’re collecting signatures on Change.org for a petition to the HOA and developer asking them to formally review these concerns and fix what’s needed — repairs, replacements, labeling, and ongoing maintenance.

This is our neighborhood. The HOA is still under developer control right now, but when that transitions, any problems left unresolved become ours to carry as future HOA members. Getting these documented and addressed now helps protect all of us later.

If your mailbox has been a problem — even if you’ve already reported it — please sign and share this with your Winston Park neighbors.

This isn’t about blaming anyone. We just want the problems documented and fixed so everyone has mailboxes that work, stay secure, and get maintained.

The more homeowners who sign, the clearer the scope of the issue.

Thank you, neighbors. ❤️📬
