Change Winkler ComicCons cosplay rules
The Issue
ComiCon is supposed to be a place where comic book lovers and cosplayers go to escape reality. Winkler ComiCons cosplay rules are both vague and strict, trying too hard to make things "family friendly". You wouldn't see anything at comicon that your family wouldn't see at a day at the beach. Make comicon for those it was meant for!
