We adopted a dog and two days later he was taken away. Return him to his rightful owners!

Wings of Love, Kuwait Inc. decided to reverse its decision on adoption and take our dog (Boogie) away on January 14th. We lost a wonderful dog that day - for no good reason.
Patricia and I had already agreed to adoption using Facebook messenger before he escaped from our yard on January 14th, 2018. I did not realize at the time that these messages are legally binding. And I deleted them. A simply huge mistake. It was more than two days later when Patricia contacted me to say WLK had decided not to allow us to adopt Boogie.
So, Patricia, I am asking you, in the spirit of honesty, openness and fairness, to authorize Facebook to release all of our exchanged messages on January 14th, 2018, prior to Boogie's escape from my yard.
Yes, I regard Boogie as ours - because I know that he truly is, regardless of where he may have been placed since he was taken away. We've already lost too much in the last two years. This kind of thing should never happen. It wasn't right. It wasn't fair. And I later realized, it wasn't legal.
But we can get Boogie back - if Patricia (WLK's owner) decides to do the right thing.

I decided to start this petition for a few reasons. I've been the target of an onslaught of attacks from WLK supporters on Facebook using fake profiles. And I've been questioned regarding the "alleged" text messages. So, in addition to submitting a subpoena to Facebook for the messages, I have promised to authorize the release of my messages, with Patricia, to anyone who asks. Actions speak louder than words. I have nothing to hide. And if WLK feels justified in their actions, they should have no problem granting this request.
I have no way of knowing if I will be able to recover the deleted messages. So, for now, Patricia really does hold all of the cards. But it is my hope that Patricia will choose to return Boogie to us simply because it's the right thing to do. And it really is never too late.
Unfortunately, I wasn't given a copy of the agreement I signed when we started our trial with Boogie (and never even thought to ask). I later asked for one (twice) before they took him, and each time they were unable to provide a copy. So when Boogie escaped from our yard on January 14th and ran directly to my neighbor's house, I had no way of knowing if I had violated the terms of our agreement. He was gone for about 12 minutes, as the timeline will show. My neighbor called the number on his collar thinking she would reach me, but reached Patricia instead. And when I finally did get a copy of that agreement, I saw that I had done nothing to violate the terms. But then it was too late - they had already taken him.
And to those who are already familiar with our story, how do you think I will respond, should they decide to return Boogie to us? This would be no easy choice for her - especially when she's under so much scrutiny. But it would take a tremendous amount of courage. There would be no satisfaction on my part - just a simple thank you. And I would encourage everyone who has followed our story to regard WLK (and Patricia) with renewed respect. Because we all deserve a second chance. I'm not sure she knew our messages were legally binding any more than I did. But, you see, that doesn't matter. What matters is that they were.
I cannot accomplish this alone. A wrong needs to be made right. This kind of thing should not happen - ever. And a precedence needs to be set. Help us send a message to all animal rescue organizations that good faith and fair dealing is the law for a reason. I am asking for your support - please sign this petition asking Patricia to authorize release of our messages on that day. And please share our story. I'm just one little "who" without all of you!

Our family thanks you for your support!
