We, the residents of Creekwood Housing Association located off Steel Bridge Road in Sanford, North Carolina, respectfully request an upgrade to our Windstream services.  Currently, we get about 10 mbs of download internet speed and .67 mps of upload speed.  Those of us who live the furthest in the development often experience speeds much slower than this and are rendered handicapped by our internet speed.

Many of us work from home and need an increase in speed to be more productive.  This infrastructure is a necessity as much of our daily lives are now connected to internet usage…phones, computers, gaming systems, and security systems.  There are approximately 75 homes in our development with several lots that are yet undeveloped. Sanford is an area of rapid growth b/c of it close proximity to Raleigh/Chapel Hill/Durham and also Fort Bragg located in Fayetteville. We have affordable housing costs, a small town feel, with easy access to big city living. Fast internet speed is among the top features that new home buyers look for when considering a purchase.  Our development is a little oasis from the world and the only thing lacking is the fact that we are slowed down by our internet speed. 

On average a home has four cell phones that all use wifi, tablets, computers, gaming systems, security systems and more.  These electronic devices all compete for the same data making everything slow when you only get 10 mbs.  Please consider upgrading our services in the near future.
