Good news!  Following our presentation at last night's council meeting, Councillor Andrew Appleton moved that the following motion come back for consideration at the next council meeting (June 9th): "To request that staff prepare a project backgrounder on the resource requirements to design and install a pedestrian controlled crosswalk on Windsor road at the north end of the Windsor Park Pavilion access road".  

It's great to see this initiative moving forward!  Thank you all again for supporting the petition, and a special thank you to the community members who spoke in support at last night's council meeting to highlight the many traffic concerns surrounding Windsor Park and suggest improvements.  Let's keep the pressure on!
