We now see from our local media that our feral/low income cat voucher program is on the agenda of possible cuts made by City Council in 2017..We need this feral cat voucher program to continue as well as the low income vouchers which help families in need..Windsor has showed many other municipalities the positive effects of a good feral cat voucher program, and many other municipalities surrounding Windsor have followed their voucher program. They can not stop now when so many more community cats need our help, if they do end the voucher program in 2017 then all the work and time and money spent helping these community cats will be lost. Please help by supporting our community cats and sign our petition, you can help make this happen! We will be speaking to City Council on this matter Jan 23, 2017 @ 3pm ..I will bring our signatures of concern with me and prove we still need this program..Speak now for those who can not speak for themselves!  Please share and support this good cause.
