Due to overwhelming public demand, the Wilton Dog Park Committee has been resurrected for the purpose of finally creating a beautiful dog park as the newest reason to love living and working in Wilton.

Furthermore, we believe the most advantageous location (for the town, businesses and residents alike) for this endeavor would be on Schenck's Island – located on River Road directly across from Stop and Shop. Not only is it centrally located, but it would also generate a significant influx of residents into the heart of Wilton Center, every day, all year long.

• The project would be funded using private donations 
• It would utilize only 8% of the 17+ acre space
• Would increase awareness, appreciation of the space as a whole
