This petition is to show support for SB 650 (Dylan's Law) or Ban of Tethering Animals and to challenge the NRA's opposition to this bill. It is unclear as to why the NRA opposes this measure but frankly our representatives are the voice of Floridians not the NRA. 

This Bill unanimously passed committee with bipartisan support and not to mention numerous (19) counties already have laws in the books banning this practice.

There is no reason whatsoever why this bill shouldn't continue its process to become state law. 

This petition is for Floridians to be heard and to support this legislation.
