Our petition was tabled and accepted at Willoughby City Council meeting on 12 October 2020. I have also shared with Council an opinion from a town planning expert with extensive knowledge and experience in Crown Land management and local government planning, who supports our request as reasonable and lawful. At the Council meeting on 12 October, our petition was referred to Council’s Planning & Infrastructure department for further investigation. This department will report back to the Council office bearers in due course. The department is currently collecting vehicle occupancy and vehicle movement data for the car park and surrounds, to assist their understanding of the issue. I will update you again as soon as progress is reported. Thank you again for your support!
