Williamsburg-James City County School Board Member, Sandra Young, has been asked to resign after her husband was arrested and charged with 10 counts of felony child pornography. It is the School Board's responsibility to ensure the safety of all students. Mrs. Young used poor judgement by taking her husband to school events, even after an unsuccessful staged intervention by the family.

This is an embarrassment to the school division and the greater community. Do we really want someone like this selecting the next superintendent and governing the policies for the schools?
