My Son went on trial 2013 in Cobb
The jury was at a deadlock verdict ,
Once JUDGE RUEBEN GREEN received the note .
He sent both sides home..

They found my son Guilty & sentenced him to 20 yrs.
A year later one of the jurors spoke to my son’s lawyer & told her that JUDGE RUEBEN GREEN
told the jury to find him guilty...

Tadarius had no history in the system
My son was getting ready to join the Marines

10 Witnesses came forward & said they saw the shooter & it wasn’t my son...

Guess what the judge did with those Affidavits
had them thrown out.

Cobb lawyers are fighting to get my son home & that judge off the bench. So they say.

You gave a man with no priors 20 years to serve
