Join the change! Sign the petition to get Willamette University bottle recycling throughout campus!
Willamette University is supposedly committed to sustainability and yet we do not have bottle recycling on campus. In order to make a positive change for Willamette as well as the greater Salem area we need to have bottle recycling. On top of that, in Oregon each bottle is redeemable for 10 cents- throwing them away is not just bad for the environment but also a waste of money.
Willamette University has a duty to its students and to the environment to recycle, this change would make recycling easier and more effective on campus!
