Brandon Stokes, best known as Z104's Shaggy, has been instrumental in cultivating culture here in Hampton Roads, especially Virginia Beach. Every year people look forward to coming out to see him to Stuff the Bus for charity or to support local music at Shaggfest. Shaggy has ALWAYS been here for the people growing up in our 7 cities.

This petition is to show that Virginians do support their own and to honor a great man with the key to a city he has already done so much for. 

Shaggy is a part of Hampton Roads history. Let's give him the thank you he deserves.
