My granddaughter Nevaeh was molested by my daughters EX - fiance the only father figure she new due to the biological father has never been involved .dcfs has been involved they did her forensic interview and said they believe her ,they were given an sd card from his work video camera obviously due to the fact there are many many videos of his work on the sd card with his voice etc and amongst the videos there is a video of my grandaughter that was 3 years old at the time a naked video of herself mostly her private parts ! The asa says they cant prove he new the video was on there however there are 6 deleted videos after that one and a video he took ,dna is pending on foresic exam that the detective claims can take 12 months to come back ( they are looking for his skin cells from his finger) yet he was on parole at the times of the molestation and still not charged with any crime , He is currently wanted on a felony warrant in Trempealeau co Wisconsin !!! The asa said she didnt feel she could prosecute on the words of a 3 year old ! A three year old can't know about him sticking his finger in her privates and showed how he molested her and explained the pain from it all ,Let a jury decide !!!! My granddaughter deserves to let a jury decide his guilt or innocence isnt that what our system is in place for?... I would like the people of this country to help my grandaughter get the rights she deserves and I want the states attorney of will co ill James Glasgow to advocate for Nevaeh and bring this perpetrator to accountability .... One more fact ...it is a violation of illinois parole terms for a parolee to posess any material containing child nudity !!Why hasn't the Illinois parole board been involed and dismiss our calls and questions? Now He is off parole and on the run from the Wisconsin FELONY warrant . The Will co  forensic team can see the sd card hasnt been altered and can also restore the deleted videos , Nevaeh is currently in therapy with her mother due to the trauma this has caused ,I thank the will co advocate center for the therapy program they have extended to my daughter and grandaughter and I just read states attorney Glasgow post his goal is hope ,healing, Justice ! Nevaeh deserves JUSTICE .
