OZ1 airsoft team in collaboration with MAG Australia and MAG NZ are seeking an expression of interest from people who would be willing to travel to QLD, provided the permission is granted and player numbers and funds are achieved. We are looking at creating an event to showcase the sport in Australia not only to help with future legislation but also invite our politicians, councils and police along to have a go so as so create a positive image and to help engage discussion with them. This is by no means a promise that an event will happen, it is more of a data collection exercise to see whom in the Australian Airsoft community would commit to attend an event in QLD if one was to be organised. Even though it is a data collection exercise we encourage you to share this far and wide , because at the end of the day its the numbers that count. Its your support now that will make it so steps can be taken to move forward and potentially make an event like this happen in the future.
