Congress is attempting to break down the Endangered Species Act. Doing so will put species in jeopardy and providing less efforts to save species. They have tried before, introduced in 2015,  The Endangered Species Management Self-Determination Act. An act that would leave the safety of species to politics - not science. They're able to do this because they believe we don't care, we need to let congress know that we do care about these species and don't want them weakening the act. Petitioning will allow our voices to be heard and take part in protecting the Endangered Species worldwide. I believe our future should be full of life not a barren wasteland for our generations and future generations.
