Problem
Vincent Aguirre is the current General Manager at the Fort Worth location. He is manipulative and takes advantage of situations to advance his own profile. Something is obviously wrong when a severe amount of the complaints come from your own employees. Look for patterns in these complaints. Your own customers have said and made complaints about Vincent and how terrible he handles situations. He is in Wild Pitch because he feels he is in control with all the things he has been able to get away with.

Typically it takes an awful lot of dissatisfaction for employees and customers to decide to make a complaint to upper management and to the owner, so all complaints should be taken seriously and investigated fully but they are not!!!

Vincent abuses his position inorder to make other managers deal with work he does not want to deal with himself or take any fall for.

Solution
Vincent is not the only General Manager in the world. Your business is in Fort Worth! There are better General Managers out there if you give them the chance. Fire Vincent and hire a new General Manager.
