Residents in the dark as notices have not been served on neighbours again!
15TH AUGUST DEADLINE TO OBJECT otherwise planning application may be approved and the protected woodland will be lost to development!

This petition had such a fantastic response last time that it really made a HUGE difference.
The planning application was objected to by so many people the local authority recommended against the planning application and the owners withdrew the application.
unfortunately they have not taken on board the communities opinions and they have submitted another planning application to build houses on this ancient woodland.
