Dear All, It gives me great pleasure to announce that justice is about to be served on the convicted conman David Mchugh AKA David Williams who fraudulently obtained the lease of the Fleece Hotel. Mchugh was due to appear at Chester Crown Court earlier this month for his fraud offences and failed to attend. He is officially on the run. Cheshire Police are appealing for his whereabouts and as he had interests in Ashton in Makerfield I am sharing his image. I can assure residents he is not hiding in the Fleece Hotel.
