I can confirm, as yet, no planning application has been submitted to Wigan Council. The owners of The Fleece were given up to approx. 21st July to submit one by Wigan Council. It is my intentions to firstly organise a private meeting of concerned and affected residents, when the time is right, to co-ordinate our response, once and if a planning application is submitted. This first meeting will be a private meeting by invitation only. Therefore, if you want to be invited let me know by email and provide me with your contact details.
