I am wanting to get around 1,500 to 2,000 signatures. I have tired hard and hope to meet with an older guy who is an architect my mom knows. I will fight for Wichita and I want it  to be more competitive with other major Midwest cities like Des Moines, IA and Omaha, NE. In addition OKC is likely to have a 134 story 1,907 foot building over the next 5 years so I am serious about my project. A couple months ago I talked with the city council and would as for a 1/2% miscellaneous tax to fund the project if the people wish. Thank you for your support.
