I have found a group who could build the project. Their name isPopulous and they would come from either Kansas City, MO or Norman, OK. The Populous group out of KCMO is building the Wichita Master Legacy Plan over the next decade or two. We will likely half to raise the funds unless a very rich person steps forward to pay for it but I highly doubt that would ever happen.
