The Koch family are oligarchs who do not concern themselves with the poor and middle class. I think they do not want anything good to help out Wichita. They would probably be against my idea as I believe they do not want anything taller in Wichita. I am not afraid of the billionaire Koch family and I will fight them if I have to. This includes all other billionaires in Wichita as well. Penumbra you lied to us and I find it to be unforgivable.
