These people have left a defenseless dog out several times now in severe heat. He was tied to a leash with a metal water bowl, along with no coverings for shade in their back yard. When the neighbors tried to give him water they cut their hose completely off and into pieces. He had got off the leash once before and when he was returned they advised this dog didn’t belong to them as the dog ran into their house. They also tried to re-home the dog for free. When this didn’t work they then left the dog outside all day on the 4th of July and this poor dog passed away in the very extreme heat. Once they stumbled upon the dog they put him in a childrens play pin and carried him to a nearby lake. They then dumped his lifeless body into a bush and left him. The police and animal control have been called several times regarding this issue and still aren’t doing anything about it. We are hoping to bring awareness to this issue and have charges pressed as animal cruelty is now suppose to be a felony charge.
