Now that we are in the Month of May in 2025 in Trump’s America, where American Children (who are Legal US Citizens), being Deported/Human Trafficked By The Trump Administration in Unconstitutional and International Law Breaking Deportations, with Mayors being Arrested by Trump, with Stephen Miller (Trump’s Advisor and the original creator of Trump’s Zero Tolerance Policy where Children were placed in Cages (Link to My Human Rights Presentation Paper for more in-depth irrefutable information) proposing The Revoking of Habeas Corpus as well as further Human Rights Violations, the fact you couldn’t trust people in your Life (who are suffering from "Mass Psychosis" due to their Indoctrination to their Human Messiah of where they couldn’t be trusted with Human Life) with Anne Frank’s Hiding Place is very real to all the families that have been ripped apart in the past month and through this Month of May in Trump’s Mass Deportation Program, which is correctly ruled as “Ethnic Cleansing” According To The United Nation’s Definition of Ethnic Cleansing: "… rendering an area ethnically homogeneous by using force or intimidation to remove persons of given groups from the area.… a purposeful policy designed by one ethnic or religious group to remove by violent and terror-inspiring means the civilian population of another ethnic or religious group from certain geographic areas.” - United Nations Office On Genocide Prevention And The Responsibility To Protect

The 4th Amendment Protects against any Unlawful Search and Seizure by the US Government (which ICE without warrants is doing, which is Illegal). The 12th Article of The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights is equivalent: “Article 12: No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.” – The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights
The 5th Amendment gives numerous protections for individuals accused of crimes, such as serious criminal charges have to be started by a Grand Jury, that an individual cannot be tried twice for the same crime (double jeopardy), individuals have the right against self-incrimination and cannot be imprisoned without due process (so fair procedures and fair trials) nor have their property taken away from them without just compensation.
The 6th Amendment gives numerous additional protections to individuals that are accused of crimes, such as being informed of their criminal charges, the right to a speedy and public trial and the right to trial by an impartial jury in their criminal cases and to be allowed representation by a lawyer and to have their own witnesses and to face the witnesses against them. The 7nth Amendment gives them additional rights, including the extended right to a jury trial in their Federal civil cases. The 8th Amendment disallows excessive fines and excessive bail as well as cruel and unusual punishment. The 9nth Amendment itself outright states that listing specific rights in the Constitution does not mean that individuals do not have other rights that are not listed nor spelled out in The Constitution. The Equivalent Articles Of The Universal Declaration Of Human Rights to these Amendments to the US Constitution are as follows:

According To The Independent News Article: “Police admit they mistakenly pulled over a college student. But she still faces deportation”:
“When police in Dalton, Georgia pulled over Ximena Arias-Cristobal, officers accused the 19-year-old college student of making an illegal right turn at a red light. She told officers she didn’t have her international driver’s license on her, according to a police report, and she was taken into custody. Then she was moved to an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention center roughly four hours away, and now she faces the possibility of being removed from the country along with her family. But local police this week admitted the officers made a mistake. After a review of dash cam footage from the traffic stop on May 5, “it was determined that Ms. Arias-Cristobal’s vehicle appeared similar to the offending vehicle but was not the vehicle that made an improper turn,” according to a statement from the Dalton Police Department. Police and prosecutors dismissed the charges against her, but Donald Trump’s administration intends to remove her from the United States, where she has lived since she was four years old. Arias-Cristobal’s parents did not have legal permission to enter the United States from Mexico in 2010 when she was a toddler, and she did not qualify for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, which ended the year before her family entered the country, according to family friends. She is now isolated from her family members — except one. Her father Jose Francisco Arias-Tovar was recently arrested after allegedly going 19 miles over the speed limit and is inside the same ICE detention center, according to online detention records reviewed by The Independent.”
“The family will be able to return to Mexico together,” Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement to The Independent following her arrest. “Mr. Tovar had ample opportunity to seek a legal pathway to citizenship. He chose not to. We are not ignoring the rule of law,” she added. The Trump administration’s CBP Home app “is giving parents illegally in the country a chance to take full control of their departure and self-deport, with the potential ability to return the legal, right way and come back to live the American dream,” McLaughlin said. Her bond hearing is scheduled for May 20. During a news conference on Monday, Dalton’s assistant chief of police Chris Crossen “we certainly regret the circumstances that led us to where we are today.”
“Ximena is one of many young, innocent people who have had the misfortune of being caught up in Trump’s cruel dragnet,” her attorney Dustin Baxter told The Independent. “The fact that Ximena, like many others, has committed no crime for which they can be deported means nothing anymore,” he said. Growing up in the United States and being a beloved member of her community “means nothing to ICE,” Baxter said. The administration’s reinstatement of a so-called “no release” policy and arrest quotas “make a mockery of Trump’s promise to deport ‘bad people,’” he added. “The reality is there are very few ‘bad’ immigrants. Most are just like us, they want to work hard, care for their families, and contribute to society,” Baxter told The Independent. “It is a shame that we do not let them. We remain committed to obtaining Ximena’s release from custody and fighting against a broken immigration system to allow her to remain in the country in which she grew up and which she loves.”
“Arias-Cristobal is a recent graduate of Dalton High School and a cross country athlete now attending Dalton State College. She was enrolled for the spring 2025 semester, a college spokesperson told The Independent. Her arrest sparked outrage and ongoing protests throughout the Dalton community, and Republican state Representative Kacey Carpenter is pressing an immigration judge for her swift release. “It’s impossible. I mean, that’s the argument that you hear all the time from people on the other side is, ‘well, they’ve been here 15 years. Why haven't they become a citizen?’ Because it’s impossible,” Carpenter told NewsChannel 9. “There is not a pathway for someone that is in America right now towards citizenship, unless they get married or they have a child, and the child grows up and the child’s 18, then they can petition for their parents. But as far as an individual that’s between the ages of four and 25, there’s no pathway.”

The latest Victim of Trump’s Ethnic Cleansing, Ximena Arias-Cristobal; of whom was pulled over by mistake in which the Police Department dropped all charges on her and admitted their mistake, but due to her Ethnicity/Migration Status, was disappeared/detained into an ICE Detention Facility; again accused of No Crimes…this is correctly ruled as Constitutional Rights Violation and Human Rights Violation (revoking of Due Process. Again, as previously stated in No Uncertain Terms, The Trump Administration’s Mass Deportation Program is not just “Ethnic Cleansing” and Human Rights Violating…it is Ungodly and Open Rebellion Against God; due to The Hatred that Drives Trump and His Supporters. We as Christians are called to do in this Age of the Ruler of This World and why we Christians have to Stand Against The Ruler of This World, to Safeguard/Protect The Victims of Hatred and Wrong and to Safeguard Life. So, to start this off, let’s look at what the Bible has to say about Hatred:
"For this is the message that you have heard from the beginning, that we should love one another. We should not be like Cain, who was of the evil one and murdered his brother. And why did he murder him? Because his own deeds were evil and his brother’s righteous. Do not be surprised, brothers, that the world hates you. We know that we have passed out of death into life, because we love the brothers. Whoever does not love abides in death. Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him." 1 John 3:11-15 ESV
In 1st John 3:11-15, St. John states that those Who Hate Another is a Murderer (Murdering The Other in His Heart) and the Truth is not in Him...aka The Light Of The Lord is not in them. In 1st John 3:14-15, St. John states: “We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love each other. Anyone who does not love remains in death. Anyone who hates a brother or sister is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life residing in him” 1 John 3:14-15. In these two verses, St. John states in No Uncertain Terms that Those of Hatred are In Darkness and of The Darkness and They Are Not Saved; they…these Individuals are under the Power Of The Ruler Of This World. I was given the Path of Church Discipline as a Priest, so I heavily utilize Exorcism concerning dealing with What Specifically Influences People to Harm/Kill Others and Worse; especially in Areas…the Compulsive desire to end Human Life…even their own as is the case of the Suicide Location of the Town/Community I’m assigned to Minister in (I’ve talked about this at length, so I will link my Human Rights Presentation Paper in sources for that). What does Theology state about Hatred? Why Is Hatred So Dangerous (an Existential Threat To Human Life) and why is Hatred Separation From God? According to the Article “Why Is The Sin of Hatred so Dangerous?;” Hatred is So Dangerous because:
“The root of evil is rebellion against God, His nature and His will. People cave into their fleshly desires, whether instinctively or intentionally, when they set themselves against God. The Bible makes it clear that God is love; He is the source of love, the giver of true life, and because of that love will continue into eternity, since He is eternal. Hate is the sinful opposition to that love. It is the driving force behind much of the wicked action people take. Sometimes it is hating others, hating a process, or hating oneself. God’s Word has much to say on the topic, emphasizing its toxic influence, pernicious nature, and how much it hurts the Lord. It is a selfish emotion that sets man against his creator and his brethren, damaging everything it touches because it allows people to see their fellow man as not also made in the image of God; to know the love of God is to be touched by true love, and embracing that enables people to overcome the fleshly drive to hate, and become more Christ-like. Like many topics, the Bible is not silent about hatred. It is the opposite emotion and behavior that Jesus Christ epitomized when He came to die on the cross, paying the price for the sins of humanity. The dictionary defines it as, “ill will or resentment that is usually mutual: prejudiced hostility or animosity.”
“This definition does not seem to fully encapsulate hatred, as it is often the driving force for the worst of human behavior, including murder - the intentional ending of a life. God’s Word gives many powerful statements about what hate is.”
"Ultimately, hate can lead to people not seeing the object of their hatred as fully human, justifying bad behavior on either a petty or a grand scale. Many people experience anger, some even have tempers that manifest in ways that are detrimental to their relationships. Getting mad at someone does not mean the relationship is hateful. Even modern psychology identified differences between the two, with anger being a passing emotion, even for those who struggle with anger management. Hate actively separates people from one another because it is an active decision to otherize, a word that means “to view or treat as intrinsically different from and alien to oneself.” This refers to someone being seen as so alien to oneself or a culture that they can be perceived as lesser, perhaps even less than human. Instead of seeing people as made in the image of God, they can be eliminated. Anger can lead to hate, and often fuels it, but that does not necessarily mean they are the same."

Hate is intimately tied in with death, and just like Jesus called someone embracing lust an adulterer, someone harboring hate is murdering his brother in his heart. When this hate is acted upon, it leads to death. Sometimes that is spiritual or relational; unfortunately it can also be the ending of the life of another. Hate is dangerous, because when taken to its logical conclusion, it is the desire to eliminate the humanity of another” – Bethany Verrett

Again, Hatred is an Existential Threat To Human Life in regard to Psychology and even especially more so in regard to The Demonic/Spiritually (I do explore this far more in My November 18nth Sermon Stemming The Demonic That Is Trumpism As A Christian.pdf ”).
Again As A Priest, I have to Remind You that we as Christians are supposed to Protect/Defend/Treat Well The Immigrant. This is Found In The Bible:
"You shall not wrong or oppress an immigrant." Exodus 22:21
"The immigrant who resides with you shall be to you as the citizen among you." Leviticus 19:33-34 and 24:22
"Cursed be anyone who deprives the immigrant of justice." Deuteronomy 27:19
"Do no wrong or violence to the immigrant." Jeremiah 22:3-5
I as A Priest have to remind those of Christ that Hatred is Rebellion Against God. For God (He Himself) is Love, we as Christians have to be of Love and There Is Zero Exception To This. This is found in 1st John 4:7-21 (Imago Dei(In God's Image)):"Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God. Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love." 1 John 4:7-8. In these two verses, St. John states in No Uncertain Terms that God (He Himself) is Love. Those Who Are Not Of Love, are Not Of God...no matter what they Profess. God Is Love, God (He) is The Source Of Love...those who are not of Love are not of God nor have the capability to be of Love. Father Gabrielle Amorth puts all of this succinctly in this quote: "The ability to love comes from grace, and it is much reduced in those who do not know Christ; and even more so in those who know Him but do not follow Him, a choice that assumes a serious sin." - Father Gabrielle Amorth
In Father Gabrielle Amorth's Ruling: Love comes from God, it is much reduced in those who do not know Christ (aka Non-believers), even more so in those who know him but choose not to follow him(aka Fallen Christians who Profess to be of Christ but Have Hatred in Their Hearts for Others. They do not have God's Holy Spirit and are not saved no matter what they Profess. So do not Believe Them And Do Not Count Them As Part Of The Body of Christ. They are not Christian no matter what they Profess...this is the ruling (Their lack of Empathy for others, from a Psychological Perspective...they cannot Be Trusted With Human Life either)).
Outside of Rebellion Against God, Hatred Is A Moral Sin Against God. God He Himself is Love. We as Humans are Created In His Image...this Is Imago Dei. So, when it comes to the Image of God, Imago Dei, According to Church Doctrine, Racism/Xenophobia (Hatred in general) is a Moral Evil. According to the Late Archbishop Harry J. Flynn in his “In The Image Of God: Pastoral Letter on Racism,” He describes Imago Dei and Anti-Imago Dei as:
“In our national pastoral letter on racism we bishops noted how racism is a rejection of the most basic values of the Scriptures: God’s word proclaimed the oneness of the human family – from the first words of Genesis, to the “Come, Lord Jesus” of the Book of Revelation. God’s word in Genesis announces that all men and women are created in God’s image; not just some races and racial types, but all bear the imprint of the Creator and are enlivened by the breath of His one Spirit …[Racism] mocks the words of Jesus: “Treat others the way you would have them treat you.” Indeed, racism is more than a disregard for the words of Jesus; it is a denial of the truth of the dignity of each human being revealed by the mystery of the Incarnation. [6]. Those words remind us how seriously racism violates God’s will for us. It contradicts the meaning of the Incarnation and threatens our salvation. We should ask God’s Spirit to remove from us all traces of racial prejudice. We should avoid racial stereotypes, slurs and jokes. We should correct any expressions or racist attitudes among family members, friends, and co-workers. We should seek opportunities to know and learn from people of other races. Resisting racism also means examining our basic instincts and assumptions about race. How do these assumptions shape our daily lives? Pope Francis several months ago Decreed Trump as “Anti-Life”; a Threat To Human Life (which I covered in February 2025 Update On Child Rights And Human Rights). Is The Trump Administration guilty of Human Rights Violations/Ethnic Cleansing (By The UN's Definition of "Ethnic Cleansing)? The Answer is Yes. Can the Trump Administration be trusted with Children, let alone Human Life? With The Revoking of Human Rights, Mass Deportations(that are fueled by Racism/Xenophobia(mental illness to say the least); logically No. From a Psychological Perspective, when it comes to Psychology, we as Humans are Creatures of Habit, there are Patterns To Behavior; so there are no Blue Moon/Isolated Incidents; there is only Premeditation in this case involving desire to harm/Remove and Revoke Human Rights (especially Due Process and Habeas Corpus of their current Victims and Future Victims). Do not allow yourself the inability to Love Others...this is what happened to The Trump Supporters/Christian Nationalists. Father Gabrielle Amorth's puts this succinctly in this quote: "The ability to love comes from grace, and it is much reduced in those who do not know Christ; and even more so in those who know Him but do not follow Him, a choice that assumes a serious sin." - Father Gabrielle Amorth. In Father Gabrielle Amorth's Ruling: Love comes from God, it is much reduced in those who do not know Christ (aka Non-believers), even more so in those who know him but choose not to follow him(aka Fallen Christians who Profess to be of Christ but Have Hatred in Their Hearts for Others. They do not have God's Holy Spirit and are not saved no matter what they Profess. So do not Believe Them And Do Not Count Them As Part Of The Body of Christ. They are not Christian no matter what they Profess...this is the ruling (Their lack of Empathy for others, from a Psychological Perspective...they cannot Be Trusted With Human Life either)).
