As we know, PG&E has continuously raised their rates without regard to our budgets. They have prioritized profits over human lives. We have allowed them a blank check. Now they have plans to further increase their rates over each of the next four years.

We as homeowners have to establish a maintenance budget in case we encounter an unforeseen expense. We do not have taxpayers to bail us out. PG&E should be made to dip into their profits to establish a budget for safety and upgrades. 

With rising costs and inflation, we are all impacted. Why should PG&E be allowed this accommodation?
