PG&E is driving senior citizens out of their homes due to the exorbitant prices they are charging. They just keep asking for more and more. If they just kept their equipment safe we wouldn't be paying for all the fires they start. ENOUGH!!!

PG&E charges such outrageous prices, and when storms occur here, I have experienced unprofessional behavior and a lack of safety by their employees. We need reasonable rates and good people to work with.

"Regular" folks, like the majority of us in this area, can NOT keep up with these ongoing, massive rate increases! If the service & reliability were exceptional, it might be a bit easier to accept. To a point. But as any local will confirm, this is not the case. One year ago, the power was out for days & I was honestly wondering if I'd be able to survive without heat much longer. This uncertainty takes a major toll not only on our wallets, but also on our health & well being. It is essential that "business as usual" changes. And very soon.
