We should be allowed our phones in year 9 and 10 as we were getting excited about this only to have it snatched away at the last minute. Year 10 had their phones last year and now don't. Year 9 now have to wait another two years for their phones to be in school. It is unfair to give year 10 this and take it away and allow them to have their phones in a year where year 9 can't.
