Please follow the below link and report Kyle Bailey, pig farmer who supplies the pigs for these events, as not compliant within USDA guidelines. http://www.aphis.usda.gov/wps/portal/aphis/ourfocus/animalwelfare/complaint-form (copy and paste below into the form on the above website) I am reporting pig supplier and Noble County Fair Board President, Mr. Kyle Bailey, of HORSESHOEING KYLE BAILEY INC. located in Kendallville IN 46755, to the USDA APHIS (United States Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Services) as an unlicensed/unregistered vendor transporting animals specifically for FUNDRAISING purposes to county fairs in Indiana with the proposed dates of transport being THIS MONDAY, 7/13/15, to the Noble County Fair in Kendalville; 7/20/15, to the Whitley County Fair in Columbia City; and 7/29/15 to the Allen County Fair in Forty Wayne Indiana. I understand that 4-H events are being termed as agricultural events by the AWA (Animal Welfare Act) and farm animals exhibited at these events are not protected under the AWA (Animal Welfare Act). However these pig wrestling events are neither supported by nor acknowledged by 4-H and as such cannot be termed as 4-H agricultural events, therefore as these "fundraising events" should be actionable by the USDA. Please issue a CEASE AND DESIST order to STOP the brutalization of pigs at the events listed above.
