As an enrolled elder member of the White Earth Nation, I am seeking signatures to support a petition for a $5,000.00 per month per capita payment for every enrolled member. 
As many enrollees do not benefit from tribal programs and as many enrollees live below poverty level, it is time to come together and request economic equality for all enrollees.

We the people of White Earth Nation are requesting a monthly per capita payment of $5000.00 per enrolled member.

We request a ballot to be voted upon by the people of the White Earth Nation.
