The feedback we have received to date is clear that businesses and Cooks have expressed a keen interest to uptake the Certificate lV in Commercial Cookery if it was to be made available through funded pathways to provide professional development, career advancement and as a starting point to relieve the chronic labour and skills shortage that is currently crippling industry.
