Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Amendment (Pill Testing) Bill 2024

This Bill is a disingenuous attempt to justify the unjustifiable.

The very nature of pill testing is one that sanctions the use of dangerous illicit drugs.  There is no safe level of illicit drug use.

Prevention must be the primary focus of any health policy.
