In oregon you have 30 days to challenge CPS on their findings

Even though 2 courts have found it to be untrue we also cant have the case overlooked and expunged from cps past 30 days of the findings.There needs to be a statute that state unless it has been deemed untrue in the courts it can be challenged for expunge at any time after the dismissal. It has been a few years but we have been struggling with constant threats and harrasment sinces its been dismissed. They are after my disable friends child because he is disable and may be a threat of harm. The reason for removing him is because his father is disabled and cannot care for the child with false allegations of neglect and abuse. Help me to get him back! Please share as much as possible  so we can gain the attention this deserves. Child protective services is corrupt and taking advantage of the system with little to no compassion on their actions.
