THE URGENT CRISIS
The health of our future generations is under immediate threat. Scientific research has confirmed that harmful
contaminants—including microplastics, nanoplastics, and PFAS—are crossing the placental barrier. Our
children are being exposed to toxic chemicals before they are even born, leading to developmental delays,
endocrine disruption, and lifelong health complications.
There is no "safe" level of plastic or industrial poison for a developing fetus or a growing child. Current
regulations that allow for "parts per billion" (ppb) are failing to protect the most vulnerable members of our
society.
OUR MANDATE
We, the undersigned citizens of the United States, demand an immediate national standard of 0 ppb (Zero
Parts Per Billion) for all harmful contaminants in all sources of drinking water, including municipal tap, bottled,
and packaged water.
We demand the total elimination of:
� Microplastics & Nanoplastics: Plastic polymers that disrupt cellular and fetal development.
� PFAS/PFOA ("Forever Chemicals"): Synthetic toxins that bioaccumulate in human tissue.
� Heavy Metals: Lead, Mercury, and Arsenic which cause irreversible neurological damage.
� Pharmaceutical Residues & Pesticides: Endocrine disruptors that interfere with natural hormone
signaling.
REQUIRED ACTIONS
1. Mandatory Advanced Filtration: Federal funding for municipal "Stage 4" filtration (Reverse
Osmosis/Advanced Carbon) nationwide.
2. Uniform FDA Standards: Bottled and packaged water must meet the same 0 ppb purity standards as
public tap water.
3. Total Transparency: Monthly, publicly accessible reports on water purity for every ZIP code in the
